Policies

All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.  Late cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of the full appointment price. 

If a client is late for a session, the session time cannot be extended.  We need to respect the clients' times who are following your appointment.

Our Gift Certificates don't expire, but they can be transferred. In the case of a service rate increase, the Gift Certificate's dollar value will be applied, and client is responsible for paying the difference. Gift Certificates cannot be refunded after 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours of purchase, all sales are final.
