San Diego Myofascial Release Services & Prices- We offer a range of price options that vary from therapist to therapist, depending on their level of experience and skill level. Initial Evaluation & Treatment Session (90 min)
This is the recommended treatment for all first time clients. 90 minutes allows the therapist adequate time to do a full verbal, visual and physical assessment, leaving a good 75 min for hands on MFR treatment
60 Min Myofascial Release Session
Our standard 60 min session. We exclusively practice the John Barnes' Myofascial Release method to treat everything from plantar fasciitis; carpal tunnel; TMJ; frozen shoulder; fibromyalgia; to sciatica , scar tissue and more. You've got it, we can treat it! Every session is unique and different. Our objective: find the pain and look elsewhere for the cause. By just treating symptoms, no one will ever get better.
90 MIN Myofascial Release session
For those who prefer a longer session, or are looking to accelerate their results, the 90 minute session is an excellent option. It's also a great value, as it only costs about $50 more for the extra half hour!

Scar Release
An excellent option for anyone with surgical scars, or any other type of scar. From tiny piercing scars, to open heart surgery scars- we focus not so much on the surface part that you can see, but rather on all the destrcutive scar roots growing beneath the surface, before they can cause too much damage. 60 min.
Women's Health- Pelvic & Breast Therapy
In many cases, we can substantially alleviate or eliminate: menstrual pain, back and pelvic pain. MFR can successfully treat painful symptoms during pregnancy and help to release trauma after childbirth. Also an excellent option for childbirth preparation as well as painful cesarean (c section) scars.
Myofascial Release is perhaps the best therapy for post-breast augmentation of any sorts, as well as mastectomies- restoring mobility and eliminating pain and tightness. 60 or 90 min
